Player Registration Fees

If you are registering more than 1 child and have a boy, fees will be $450 + $100 for the additional child.

1 Boy In League – $450

1 Girl in League – $300

1 Child In Farm – $200

Each Additional Child – $100

Effective this year, registration for any NEW player that are aged 7 or under will be FREE and have no residency requirements!

Go to https://midislandll.com/downloads/ and fill out the registration, model release and medical release forms. Please ensure you have the forms filled out and bring them along with your proof of address.
